流通领域鲜活农产品卖难频发原因分析及建议

摘　　要：近年来,中国区域性、季节性、结构性鲜活农产品卖难问题时有发生,涉及品种多,价格降幅大,波及范围广,影响了农民增收和市场稳定。从流通领域出发,深入研究分析鲜活农产品流通存在的问题和影响因素,提出国家应加快鲜活农产品流通体系建设与布局,综合运用市场与政府调控等多种机制,提高鲜活农产品流通效率,建立稳定鲜活农产品市场运行的长效机制。In recent years, it frequently occurred that selling difficulties of fresh agricultural products with a variety of products, big drop of selling price and wide range of related scope, including regional, seasonal and structural way, which impacted on the increase of farmers＇ income and market stability. This paper started from the circulation domain, deeply analyzed the issues and influence factors during the circulation of fresh agricultural products. We proposed that the government should speed up the construction and layout process of fresh agricultural products circulation system, comprehensively apply the market and goverment control mechanisms, improve the circulation efficiency and set up sustainable operational system for fresh agricultural products market.
