摘　　要：随着人们生活水平的日益提高,冠心病的发病率也呈现显著上升的趋势,而女性由于性别、生理、心理与男性的不同,在危险因素、临床表现及治疗预后上均有不同程度的差异。目前来看,无论是诊断、治疗、研究还是护理,针对女性冠心病患者的工作还远远不够。因此,提高对女性冠心病的认知和重视,施行针对女性冠心病患者的临床护理措施十分必要。Coronary heart disease（CHD） is the leading cause of death among women worldwide. Owing to the gender differences of physiology, psychology and social circumstances,women with CHD may have different manifestations as compared to men with CHD.So far, the work in cardiovascular diagnosis、treatment and nursing have not enough for the women patients with coronary heart disease. Therefore, lay the emphasis on the women with CHD and the implementation of clinical care measures are of essential.
