中药鸦胆子在豚鼠异体肌腱移植中抗排异作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的探讨中药鸦胆子的抗排异作用。方法对照冷冻肌腱与未处理的肌腱和中药鸦胆子浸泡液处理过的豚鼠异体肌腱，观察术后第１周和第１８周形态学、组织学、再生能力、免疫水平和力学变化。结果移植后，鸦胆子组肌腱在形态学、组织学、力学和免疫水平测定的结果优于经深低温处理组，且肌腱功能正常。结论中药鸦胆子有明显降低肌腱组织抗原性，保留肌腱的基本结构作用。Objective To explore the antirejection effect of Yadanzhi. Methods Observations were made on the three tendom groups: frozen group, untreated group and Yadanzhi group to investigate the changes of morphology, histology, immunology and bio- logical mechanics. Results Yadanzhi treated tendom showed better outcome than the tendoms of the other two groups with reserved tendom function. Conclusion Yadanzhi could reduce the antigenicity of the tendom and preserve the tendom functions.
