健脑通窍方治疗血管性痴呆随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察健脑通窍方治疗血管性痴呆疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将69例住院患者按就诊先后顺序随机分为两组。对照组34例都可喜,1片/次,2次/d。舒血宁20mL+5%葡萄糖注射液250mL/0.9%氯化钠250mL静滴,1次/d。治疗组35例健脑通窍方(生黄芪30g,益智仁10g,杞子30g,杜仲10g,川芎30g,肉桂3g,蜈蚣1条,蔻仁3g,制黄精20g,天麻、炒枳壳各10g,生甘草5g),水煎100mL,1剂/d,早晚温服。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈26例,显效30例,有效17例,无效9例,总有效率89.02%。对照组痊愈17例,显效23例,有效15例,无效18例,总有效率75.34%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]健脑通窍方治疗血管性痴呆效果显著,值得推广。[ Objective ] To observed Brain Tongqiao decoction treatment of vascular dementia treatment. [ Method ] Using randomized controlled method, 69 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups according to treatment sequence. The control group of 34 patients are encouraging, a/time, 2 times/d. And Shuxuening 2OraL ＋5% glucose injection or 0.9% sodium chloride 250mL 25OraL infusion, 1 times/d. Treatment group 35 eases Brain Tongqiao decoction （ Shenghuangqi 30g, Yizhireni0g, Gouqi 30g, Duzhognl0g, Cuanxiong 30g, Rougui 3g, Wugou 1, Kouren 3g, Huangjing 20g, Tianma, Zhiqiao each 10g, Ganeao 5g ）, decoction 100mL, 1 / d, morning and evening, warm clothes. 7d is a continuous course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. Continuous treatment of 3 courses, to determine efficacy. [ Results ] The cure 26 eases, 30 eases markedly effective in 17 eases, 9 eases, the total efficiency of 89.02%. Control group cured 17 cases, effective in 23 cases, effective in 15 cases, ineffective in 18 cases, total effective rate 75.34%. Treatment group than the control group （ P〈0.05 ） . E Conclusion ] Brain Tongqiao decoction treatment of vascular dementia effect is significant, it is in clinical widely.
