大剂量清胃合剂治疗霉菌性食管炎51例临床观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察大剂量清胃合剂治疗霉菌性食管炎疗效。[方法]使用前瞻性设计方法,对51例门诊患者使用清胃合剂(金银花150g,生薏仁300g,杏仁90g,白及60g,乌贼骨150g,浙贝母120g,煅瓦楞150g,白芍、香附各90g,蒲公英150g,枳壳、砂仁、半夏各90g,旋覆花150g,甘草30g),100mL/次,3次/d,口服。治疗期间停用抗生素及其它药物,连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、内镜检查、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]显效40例,有效9例,无效2例,总有效率为96.10%。[结论]大剂量清胃合剂治疗霉菌性食管炎疗效满意。[ Objective ] Observed the effect of high-dose Qingwei mixture to treat fungal esophagitis. [ Method ] To apply to forward-looking design method, with Qingwei mixture to 51 outpaitents （ Lonicera japonica 150g, Semen coicis 300g, Almonds 90g, Bletilla hyacinthina reichb 60g, Cuttle fish 150g, Fritillaria thunbergii 120g, Calcined concha arcae 150g, Radix paeoniae lactifloraeg0g, Cyperus90g, Dandelionl50g, Citrus aurantium 90g, Amomum90g, Pinellia tuber90g, Innlarl50g, Liquorice30g ）100mL/once, three times oneday.Without antibiotics and other drugs during the treatment, for 7 days, After two treatment courses judge the curative effect, Obverse the symptoms and adverse reaction. [ Result ] 40 cases were highly effective, 9 cases were effectively, 2 cases were no response. [ Conclude ] high-dose Qingwei mixture to treat fungal esophagitis quite effective.
