辨证分型治疗慢性胃炎随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察辨证分型治疗慢性胃炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法，将96例门诊患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组50例枸橼酸铋钾，0．3g／次，4次／d，餐前30rain与睡前口服；阿莫西林，0．5g／次，1次／6～8h；甲硝唑，0．2g／次，3次／d；奥美拉唑，10mg／次，1次／d。治疗组46例辨证分型治疗。①肝胃气滞，柴胡疏肝散；②胃阴不足，以麦门冬汤；③脾胃虚寒，以黄芪建中汤；④肝胃郁热，以丹栀逍遥散合左金丸。l剂／d，水煎300mL，早晚口服；服药期间忌生冷、刺激性食物。西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗28d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗4疗程，判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈26例，显效16例，有效5例，无效3例，总有效率94．00％。对照组痊愈18例，显效12例，有效8例，无效8例，总有效率82．60％。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈O．05）。[结论]辨证分型治疗慢性胃炎疗效可靠，值得推广。[ Objective ] Observe Differentiation and Treatment of chronic gastritis . ~ Methods ] Using randomized controlled method, 96 cases of outpatients were randomly divided into two groups . Control group, 50 cases of bismuth potassium citrate , 0.3gtimes , 4 timesd, 30min before meals and at bedtime ; amoxicillin , 0.5gsecond, 1 /6 - 8h; metronidazole , 0.2gtime, 3 timesd; omeprazole , lOmgtimes, 1 timesd. Treatment group 46 cases Differential Diagnosis and Treatment . ①liver and stomach Qi stagnation , Chaihu Shugansan ; ② stomach Yin deficiency type, in orderMaimen Dongtang ; ③ stomach Deficiency type to t-Iuangqijianzhong Tang ; ④ hepatogastric swelter type, in order Danzhi Xiaoyaosan together Zuojinwan of the CD. 1d, decoction twice, take 300mL 2 times served ; medication Avoid cold , spicy food . Western medicine with the control group . 28d is a course of continuous treatment . Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. Four cycles of continuous treatment , to determine efficacy . [ Results ] The cure 26 cases , 16 cases markedly effective in 5 cases, 3 cases, the total efficiency of 94.00% . Control group cured 18 cases , effective in 12 cases, 8 cases, 8 cases, the total efficiency of 82.60% . Treatment group than the control group （ P〈0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] Differential Diagnosis and Treatment of chronic gastritis and reliable, worthy of promotion.
