血府逐瘀汤联合西药治疗糖尿病并发症随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察血府逐瘀汤联合西药治疗糖尿病并发症疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将50例门诊患者按随机数字表法随机分为两组,对照组25例磺脲类和双胍类降糖药或者胰岛素。治疗组25例血府逐瘀汤(当归、生地各9g,桃仁12g,红花9g,枳壳、赤芍各6g,柴胡3g,甘草6g,桔梗、川芎各4.5g,牛膝9g)1剂/d,水煎600mL,早晚分服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗2周为1疗程。观测临床症状、空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈26例,显效30例,有效17例,无效9例,总有效率89.02%。对照组痊愈17例,显效23例,有效15例,无效18例,总有效率75.34%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。血糖指标治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]血府逐瘀汤联合西药治疗糖尿病并发症,疗效满意,无副作用,值得推广。[ Objective ] To observe the clinical curative effects of Xuefuzhuyutang combined with western medicine in the treatment of diabetic complications. [ Methods ] Using multi-center randomized controlled equivalence retrospective analysis, 50 patients were randomized outpatients were randomly divided into two groups. The control group contained 25 patients who were given western medicine, and the treatment group contained 25 cases who were given Xuefuzhuyutang 1 / d, decoction 600mL , mornin~ and evening another service. Continuous treatment two weeks for a course. The clinical symptoms and adverse reactions of these two groups were observed. Continuously observe for 2 courses, and then the clinical curative effects were determined. [ Results] In the Ireatment group, 26 cases were cured, 30 cases were significantly effective, 17 cases were effective, and 9 cases were ineffective, with the total effective rate of 89.02%. While in the control group, 17 cases were cured, 23 cases were significantly effective, 15 cases were effective, and 18 cases were ineffective, with the total effective rate of 75.34%. The curative effect of treatment group was better than that of the control group （ P〈0.05 ） . Glycemic index treatment group was better than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] The treatment effects of Xuefilzhuyutang combined with western medicine in diabetic complications were satisfactory, no side effects, is worthy of promotion.
