针药结合神灯照射治愈舌咽神经痛1例

摘　　要：报告1例针药结合神灯照射治疗舌咽神经痛。取风池、合谷、人迎、廉泉、列缺、照海、上关、颊车、支沟、颈部阿是穴,0.25mm×40mm毫针针刺,强刺激,留针30min,1次/d,结合神灯照射;配合芪血通络片治疗,疼痛大为缓解,脉象由弦紧转为和缓,舌质淡,苔白,睡眠、饮食基本恢复正常;续针1个疗程,原方加悬钟、三阴交、太冲,睡眠、饮食完全正常,偶有咳嗽时咽部微痛。停针观察,一切正常,随访1年,未复发。操作简便,起效快,疗效好。Report 1 case of combination of acupuncture with medicine infrared radiation therapy Glossopharyngeal Neuralgia. Take Fengchi （ GB 20 ）, Hegu （ LI4 ）, Renying （ S9 ）, Lian quan, Lieque （ L7 ）, Zhaohai （ K6 ）, Shangguan （ G3 ）, Jiache （ s6 ）, Zhigou （ TE6 ）, neck, s Ashi points, 0.25mm ×40mm filiform needle acupuncture, strong stimulation, retaining needle 30min, Once a day, Combined with the infrared irradiation;cooperate qi-xue tongluo pills 20d, the pain eased, pulse condition from the string tight to gentle, pale tongue, whitish, sleep, diet basic returned to normal;continue to Acupuncture 1 treatment course, add Xuanzhong （ G 39 ）, sanyinjiao （sp6）, Taichong （ Liv3 ）, Sleep, completely normal diet, sometimes pharyngeal have little pain when cough, stop acupuncture to observe, all going well, follow-up of 1 year, no recurrence. Simple operation, effective fast, curative effect is good.
