摘　　要：对89例食管癌根据病机和临床特点,辨证分为痰气交阻、津亏热结、血瘀内结、气虚阳微4型,给予病室环境适应调整、心理干预、饮食调控、症状监测、针灸对症干预等综合护理措施。89 cases of esophageal cancer based on pathogenesis and clinical features of cross-resistance syndromes are divided into phlegm, Tianjin loss hot junction, blood stasis within the knot, Qi Yang micro-4 type, giving the ward environment adaptation adjustment, psychological intervention, diet control, symptom monitoring, acupuncture symptomatic intervention, comprehensive care measures.
