摘  要:目的依据上海市长宁区2005—2012年二次供水举报投诉情况,分析其原因,对存在的卫生问题提出相应对策。方法通过Excel软件对长宁区2005—2012年的举报投诉事件进行分类,并收集卫生监督工作资料。结果 2005—2012年间,长宁区生活饮用水占公共卫生举报投诉比重为42.72%,其中二次供水举报投诉占生活饮用水的比重为55.86%,100件二次供水举报投诉主要首接途径为来电,占70.00%;主要反映的问题是红虫,占53.00%;其次为水质发黄,占25.00%。结论二次供水卫生防护不严仍为举报投诉查实后发现的导致水质不达标的主要原因,须加强卫生监督网格化管理。[ Objective] According to the complaints about secondary water supply in Changning District of Shanghai from 2005- 2012, to analyze the masons, put forward the corresponding countermeasures for the health problems. [ Methods] The complaints in Changning District from 2005-2012 were classified by Excel software, and the related data of health supervision were collected. [ Results] During 2005-2012, the complaints about drinking water accounted for 42.72% of all complaints against public health, and the complaints for secondary water supply accounted for 55.86% of complaints about drinking water. Among 100 complaints a- bout secondary water supply, 70.00% were telephone complaint. The main problem was red worm, accounting for 53.00%, fol- lowed by yellow water, accounting for 25.00%. [ Conclusion] After the investigation, the leakiness of secondary water supply pro- tection is the main reason that causes the complaints about unqualified water. So it is necessary to strengthen the grid management of health supervision
