摘　　要：结合实际对进一步加强专用材料的管理进行了探索与思考,提出了制定规章制度、强化采购程序、加强领用保管、强化专用材料台账管理等对策。Strengthening management of proprietary material was explored, several countermeasures were put forward, and regulations, strengthening procurement procedures, recipients safekeeping and parameter management and so on.
