摘 要:[目的]研究矮壮素在大蒜试管苗生长和鳞茎形成上的应用。[方法]用大蒜幼嫩气生鳞茎为外植体培养的试管苗为材料,以MS为基本培养基,系统研究不同浓度矮壮素(CCC)处理对大蒜试管苗生长和鳞茎形成的影响。[结果]在MS培养基中加入0.4 mg/L的矮壮素能有效使大蒜试管苗增高、增粗,叶色加深。在试管鳞茎诱导条件下,矮壮素对大蒜试管鳞茎形成和膨大作用显著(P<0.05),0.5mg/L矮壮素处理时鳞茎形成率为793%,鳞茎总诱导率为96.67%。当矮壮素浓度为0.6 mg/L时,试管鳞茎鲜重、平均直径都明显增加。[结论]试验研究了矮壮素在大蒜试管苗生长和鳞茎形成上的应用,为大蒜的栽培驯化提供了理论依据。[ Objective ] To study effect of CCC on explants growth and bulb formation of garlic. [ Method] Using rachis of garlic as explants and taking MS as basic culture medium, effects of different concentration CCC on explants growth and bulb formation of garlic were studied. [ Result] The results showed that the growth of garlic explants was improved by the application of 0.4 mg/L CCC, the growth of stems and leaves was thicker and leaf color was greener. Under the bulblet inductive condition, CCC has a significant effect ( P 〈 0.05 ) on formation of garlic bulb and enlargement in vitro. The formation rate of bulb with 0.5 mg/L CCC treatment was 793% and total induction rate of bulb was 96.67%. 0.6 mg/L CCC treatment promoted increasing of bulb fresh weight and percentage of abnormal bulb. [ Conclusion ] The effect of CCC on explants growth and bulb formation of garlic was studied, which provides theoretical basis for cultivation of garlic.
