Q开关翠绿宝石激光联合美白祛斑药物对瑞尔黑变病的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨Q开关翠绿宝石激光联合中药美白祛斑药物对瑞尔黑变病的疗效。方法 40例瑞尔黑变病患者按入院顺序随机分为对照组和研究组,每组20例。对照组患者采用Q开关翠绿宝石激光照射治疗;研究组患者在对照组治疗的基础上联合使用美白祛斑药物。治疗4个月后对比2组患者的治疗效果。结果研究组患者治疗总有效率(95.0%)显著高于对照组(70.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者不良反应发生率(5.0%)显著低于对照组(20.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Q开关翠绿宝石激光联合美白祛斑药物治疗瑞尔黑变病效果显著,治愈率高。Objective To investigate the effect of Q-switched alexandrite laser joint whitening drugs on the patient with Riel＇s melanosis. Methods Forty cases with Riel＇s melanosis were divided into control group and study group randomly ac- cording to the sequence of hospitalization,20 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given Q-switched alex- andrite laser irradiation only. Based on the therapy of control group, the patients in the study group were given whitening drugs additionally. The curative effect of the two groups was compared after treatment for four months. Results The total effective rate （95.0%） of study group was significantly higher than that of control group （70.0%）, the difference was statistically sig- nificant（P 〈0. 05 ）. The incidence of adverse reactions in study group（5.0% ） was lower significantly than that in control group （ 20. 0% ） , the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The efficacy of Q-switched alexandrite laser joint whitening drugs on the patient with Riel＇s melanosis is remarkable with the high recovery rate.
