摘　　要：丁苯橡胶的挥发份是测定橡胶中水分和其它挥发性物质含量的指标,是影响产品质量的重要指标。生产中影响挥发份的因素很多,不仅涉及到干燥岗位的操作,与凝聚岗位的凝聚条件和胶乳的内在性质均有很大关系。本文论述了挥发份的影响因素及凝聚和干燥岗位的操作对挥发份的影响,以达到在生产过程中对挥发份进行控制的目的。The volatile of styrene butadiene rubber is an index to determinate moisture and other volatile matter content, and it is also an important index of the product quality. In this paper, in order to control the volatile in the production, influence factors of the volatile were discussed as well as effect of condensation and drying operation on the volatile matter.
