摘　　要：主要介绍了API Spec 5L《管线钢管规范》第45版新增的多重钢级钢管标记的规定由来及做法。钢管的多重钢级标记应经购方和制造厂协商一致才允许采用,多重钢级标记的钢级范围应按API Standard 1104《管线钢管和相关设备焊接》规定;钢管仅应被标记至一个PSL水平;制造厂有责任保证多重钢级标记的钢管符合每一标记钢级的所有要求,允许钢管可按标记的任何钢级单独使用;钢管交付后,钢管不允许重标记或重检定至不同的钢级或至不同PSL水平。Described mainly in the paper are the origin and procedure for marking of pipe to multiple grades as newly required under API Spec 5L Specification for Line Pipes, the 45th edition. Only agreed by both the purchaser and the manufacturer, should marking of pipe to multiple grades be permitted. The steel grade range for multiple markings shall be as per API Standard 1104 Welding of Pipelines and Related Facilities. The steel pipe shall be marked to one PSL level only. The manufacturer is responsible to ensure that the pipe conforms to all requirements of each of the certified grades. This allows pipe to be used as any of grades individually. Once the steel pipe is delivered, it shall not be permitted to get the pipe re-marked or re-inspected to identify it with different steel grade or PSL level.
