头穴透刺对大鼠急性脑梗塞脑组织中β-EP含量的影响

摘　　要：用线栓法制造大鼠急性脑梗塞模型 ,采用放免技术检测头穴透刺对大鼠急性脑梗塞脑组织中 β EP含量的影响。结果 :头穴透刺可使急性脑梗塞大鼠脑组织中过度升高的 β EP含量明显降低 ,并趋于正常值。To study the β-endorphin(β-Ep)centered mechanism of scalp penetration needling curing acute cerebral infarction(CI).Methods:A model of experimental acute CI was established by linear-embolus method.β-Ep contents in the brain tissue of rats with or without scalp penetration needling therapy were measured by radioimmuno assay.Results:Scalp penetration needling can lower the exordinarily high content of β-Ep in the brain tissue of rats with acute CI almost to normal level.Conclusion:Scalp penetration needling can regulate β-Ep content in the brain tissue of rats with acute CI.This would be the curing mechanism of scalp penetration needling on acute CI.
