复方雷公藤片治疗阿霉素肾病大鼠的实验研究

摘　　要：目的 :观察自制复方雷公藤片治疗阿霉素肾病大鼠的作用。方法 :采用阿霉素 (6mg/kg)一次性尾静脉注射的方法造成大鼠肾病综合征模型。将实验动物随机分为正常对照组、肾病模型组和复方雷公藤片治疗组。观察复方雷公藤片对肾病大鼠 2 4小时尿蛋白、血清总蛋白、白蛋白、总胆固醇及肾组织形态学的影响。结果 :复方雷公藤片能显著降低阿霉素肾病大鼠 2 4小时尿蛋白量 ,改善高胆固醇血症及低蛋白血症 (P <0 0 1) ,减轻肾组织病理变化。结论 :复方雷公藤片对微小病变型肾病综合征具有良好的治疗效果。To observe effect on nephrosis due to adriamycin in the rats treated by compound tablets of Tripterygium Wilfordii.Methods:The model of nephrotic syndrome were made by adriamycin.The rats were divided into the normal control group (A),the model of nephrosis group (B) and compound tablets of Tripterygium Wilfordii group (C) at random.24 hours urine protein,serum total proteins,albumin,serum total cholesterol and influence on the tissue and appearance of kidney of the rats with nephrosis were observed in compound tablets of Tripterygium Wilfordii.Results:Compound tablets of Tripterygium Wilfordii can lower remarkably the quantity of 24 hours urine protein of the rats with nephrosis due to adriamycin,improve hypercholesterolemia and hypoproteinemia and reduce pathologic change of the renal tissue.Conclusions:Compound tablets of Tripterygium Wilfordii had good therapeutic effect on minute lesion nephrotic syndrome.
