摘　　要：在分析广西科技情报研究所科技查新服务现状的基础上,联系科技创新的形势和需求,指出广西科技查新服务存在的问题,提出大数据时代的科技查新服务需从简单的科技查新向竞争情报服务、知识产权服务、企业创新战略服务转型,要通过信息资源建设、查新复合型人才培养、激励管理制度构建等方面建立可实现"知识服务促进创新"目标的工作机制。According to the current situation of the Guangxi Science and Technology Informa- tion Instituters sci-tech novelty retrieval service and the technological innovation situation and needs, the existing problems in sci-tech novelty retrieval service of Guangxi were illus- trated and the need of sci-tech novelty retrieval service transformed from simple services to competitive intelligence services, intellectual property services, business innovation and stra- tegic services was proposed. In addition, through information resource construction, inter- disciplinary talents cultivation, incentive and management system construction, the working mechanism for achieving ＂knowledge services promote innovation＂ was established.
