摘  要:利用AFS-9330双道原子荧光光度计测定水中的锡,以1.0%的盐酸作为载流液、1.O%的硼氢化钾为还原剂,荧光强度与其质量浓度在0~40μg/L范围内,线性良好,相关系数为0.9992,方法检出限为0.06μg/L。相对标准偏差在1.79%~2.83%之间,加标回收率为91.0%~103%。A study was performed to determine Tin in surface water using AFS-9330 double channel atomic fluorescence spectrometer. In the analysis process, 1.0% hydrochloric acid solution was used as carrier liquid and 1.0% potassium borohydride (KBH4) was used as reductant. The results indicated that the detection limit of the method was 0.06 μg/L and the relative standard deviations were from 1.79% to 2.83%. The linear range of the method was 0~40μg/L and the related coefficient was 0.999 2. The adding standard recovery rates of the method were 91.0%-103%.
