摘 要:采用氯磺酸—吡啶法和浓硫酸法制备硫酸化小刺猴头菌多糖,傅立叶变换红外光谱鉴定硫酸化多糖。结果表明:修饰后的多糖在1 259.17 cm-1和807.73 cm-1或1 226.44 cm-1处出现硫酸酯键吸收峰,表明硫酸基团已经与多糖结合成酯。采用氯化钡—明胶法测定硫酸根含量,制备取代度为0.94或0.82的硫酸化多糖。Sulfated Hericium caput-medusae polysaccharides were prepared through wolfrom and sulfuric acid methods and the obtained polysaccharides were characterized by Fourier-transform infrared spectra. The results showed the polysaceharide emerged absorption peak corresponded to sulfate ester at 1 259.17 cm^-1 and 807.73cm^-1 or 1 226.44 cm^-1 after modification, indicating the group of sulphuric acid had conjugated ester with polysaccharide. The content of sulphate was determined through barium- chloride gelatin procedures. Sulfated polysaecharides with substitution degrees of 0.94 and 0.82 were prepared.
