摘 要:分析了内蒙古能源中心选煤厂煤泥性质,说明试验煤泥是以高灰细泥为主的极难浮煤;高灰细泥在浮选过程中容易因夹带、黏附作用而进入精煤,影响精煤质量。通过探索试验发现,煤浆质量浓度为40 g/L,捕收剂、起泡剂用量均为1.0 kg/t时,煤泥浮选效果最好,此时精煤产率为53.53%,灰分为13.92%,但仍未达到厂家要求。为将精煤灰分降至11%以下,对煤泥进行二次浮选试验。当煤浆质量浓度为50 g/L,捕收剂、起泡剂用量均为1.5 kg/t,搅拌时间为1 min时,二次浮选效果最好,此时精煤产率为52.78%,精煤灰分为10.14%,中煤产率为6.57%,中煤灰分为57.30%,尾煤产率为40.65%,尾煤灰分为76.81%,中煤可直接出售。二次浮选工艺可有效降低精煤灰分,提高精煤产率,解决了煤泥难浮问题,满足了生产需求。The analysis of slime properties in Central coal preparation plant of Inner Mongolia Energy Company shows that the coal is hard-to-float. High-ash fine slime is the main component, which is easy to mix in clean coal and reduce its quality. Through exploring experiments, find that the flotation effect is the best while the mass fraction of pulp is 40 g/L, the dosage of collector and frother is 1.0 kg/t. Under this condition, the clean coal yield is 53.53 percent,the ash is 13.92 percent. To decrease the ash of clean coal to below 11 percent,conduct the secondary flotation test. When the mass fraction of pulp is 50 g/L, the dosage of collector and frother is 1.5 kg/t, mixing time is 1 minute, the secondary flotation works best. The yield of clean coal, middlings and tailings is 52.78 percent, 6. 57 percent,40. 65 percent. The ash of clean coal,middlings and tailings is 10. 14 percent,57.30 percent and 76.81 percent respectively. The middlings can be sold directly. The secondary flotation decreases the ash of clean coal, improves the clean coal yield, meets the needs of production.
