桉木板皮对桉木制浆漂白特性的影响

摘　　要：探究了桉木板皮与桉木的不同配比对桉木制浆漂白特性的影响。结果表明，在相同NaOH-AQ蒸煮工艺条件下，桉木板皮加入后，蒸煮所得浆料的卡伯值升高、白度降低；经OD0EpD1漂白，在较优的20％-40％桉木板皮配比量下，纸浆的白度可达到82％～83％ISO，纸浆的抗张、耐破、撕裂强度均优于100％桉木浆和100％桉木板皮浆。Effect of the different ratio of eucalyptus slab edgings with eucalyptus wood on eucalyptus wood pulp bleaching properties was studied. The results indicated that under the same NaOH-AQ cooking process conditions, with the eucalyptus slab edgings adding, the pulp Kappa number increased and brightness decreased; by ODoEpD1 bleaching, under optimum addition of 20%-40% eucalyptus slab edgings, the pulp brightness can reach 82% - 83% ISO, pulp tensile,burst and tear strength were superior to those of 100% eucalyptus pulp and 100% eucalyptus slab edging pulp.
