摘  要:本文探讨了常用造纸化学品在改善静电复印纸防潮性能方面的应用。通过单因素实验和正交实验,研究了AKD表面施胶、浆内添加湿强剂PAE及防水剂乳化石蜡对成纸的抗张强度、高湿强(高温高湿下的抗张强度)、挺度、环压强度和相对吸收性的影响。结果表明:AKD固形物含量在0.3g/m2,PAE添加量为0.35%左右,乳化石蜡添加量在1.5%时,成纸性能最佳,复印纸的防潮性得到较好的改善。The application of common additives on the improvement in moisture resistance of xerographic paper was discussed in this paper. By single-factor and orthogonal experiments, the influences of surface sizing( AKD), wetstrength agent ( PAE), waterproofing agent ( emulsified paraffin) on tensile strength ,tensile strength at high humidity and high temperature, stiffness, ring crush and relative absorbency of base-sheet were studied. The results showed that the xerographic paper had the best properties in the examined conditions and the moisture resistance of the paper was improved apparently when solids content of AKD was 0.3 g/mR, the dosage of PAE and emulsified were about 0.35% and 1.5% individually. paraffin
