摘  要:本文采用NaOH抽提造纸竹浆来制备纤维素;利用正交试验探究液比、温度、时间、碱浓对浆料抽提率、聚戊糖含量、黏度以及碱溶解度S10、S18的影响,并对实验条件进行优化。实验结果表明,碱抽提的最优工艺参数为:液比8:1,温度60℃,时间90min,碱浓10%。在此条件下,竹浆造纸浆的聚戊糖抽提率达到了82.85%。Paper-grade pulp of bamboo was extracted by NaOH in order to produce cellulose. The extraction conditions were optimized by using an orthogonal experiment design. The effects of alkaline concentration, extraction time and temperature, liquor to pulp ratio on the extraction yield, pulp pentosan content, pulp viscosity and the solubility of pulp in 10% and 18% NaOH were investigated. The experiment results showed that the optimum parameters were as followed : liquor to pulp ratio 8 : 1, temperature 60℃, extraction time 90min and alkaline concentration 10%. These conditions allowed 82.85% of pentosan present in the paper-grade pulp of bamboo to be extracted.
