摘 要:研究了对壳聚糖的阳离子化改性方法及其与羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)组成聚电解质复合物后在造纸中的应用。实验结果表明:含有阳离子化壳聚糖抗菌剂的纸张具有良好的抑菌效果,抑菌效率为89.4%~100%,并且低分子量的阳离子化壳聚糖(MLC)较高分子量(MMC)的抑菌效果好;随着聚电解质复合物中阳离子化壳聚糖加入量的增大,纸张的抗张强度和耐破强度一直升高,撕裂强度是先升高后降低的,且MLC与CMC组成聚电解质复合物后对纸张的增强效果较MMC好。Cationic modification of chitosan and its application in papermaking after forming polyelectrolyte with sodium carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) were studied. The results showed that the paper sheets containing cationic chitosan presented an excellent antibacterial ability and the inhibition rates were range from 89.4% to 100%. In addition, the inhibitory effect of lower molecular weight (MLC) was higher than that of higher molecular weight (MMC). It also showed that the tensile strength and the burst strength increased with the increasing amount of chitosan among polyelectrolyte complexes, while the tear strength firstly increased and then decreased. The enhancement of polyelectrolyte complexes formed by MLC and CMC to paper sheets was better than that of MMC.
