硝虫硫磷液相色谱分析方法研究

摘　　要：本文采用液相色谱分析方法,使用Agilent 5nmC18色谱柱,以甲醇和水为流动相,流速为1.0mL/min,在波长230nm下,对创制农药硝虫硫磷进行定量分析,结果表明:该分析方法的线性相关系数为R2=0.998 6;平均回收率100.02%;相对标准偏差为0.16%;变异系数为0.18%。A method for analysis of quinaphos by Agilent-C18 HPLC with methanol acetonitrile and water as mobile phase at a flow rate 1.0mL/min,in the absorption wavelength of 230,that linear correlation coefficient was 0.998 6,relative standard deviation of 0.16%,the coefficient of variation was 0.18%,the average recovery was 100.02%. The results showed the method se paiation effect is good,oportte simply rapidly,high sensitivity,good reproducibility features ect.
