摘 要:Nd:YAG纳米粉体分散性是影响共沉淀法制备透明陶瓷的重要因素。研究了球磨和表面改性对Nd:YAG纳米粉体分散性的影响,考察了助磨剂、分散剂、磨介球配比和球料比等因素。结果表明:助磨剂三乙醇胺能够提高球磨效率,加入量以0.4wt%为宜;静电位阻型分散剂与聚电解质分散效果优于空间位阻型高分子聚合物分散剂;为取得好的去团聚效果应选取大小接近的磨介球;球料比(磨介球与被磨粉体的质量比)最佳为10:1。Dispersion of Nd:YAG nano-powder is one of the important factors which affect transparent ceramics prepared by co-precipitation method. The influence of the ball milling and surface modification of dispersion of Nd:YAG nano-powder are studied; factors, such as, grinding agent, dispersant, the ratio of grinding balls and the ratio of grinding ball with material are investigated in this paper. The experimental results show that the grinding agent triethanolamine can improve the efficiency of ball milling, advisable addition amount to 0.4wt%; the distribution effect of electrostatic dispersant and polyelectrolyte blocking is better than that of the space steric hindrance polymer dispersant; the grinding balls which are close to size should be selected for the better deagglomeration effect; the optimal ratio of grinding balls and the powder is 10:1.
