摘  要:石油测井仪器的工作环境极其恶劣。随着测井深度的增加,温度不断升高,压力也不断加大,温度会达到175℃,压力也会达到140MPa,加上泥沙、油污严重,自然伽马能谱测井仪螺纹连接粘扣导致无法使用甚至报废的情况时有发生。通过对自然伽马能谱测井仪螺纹连接方式和粘结过程的研究,分析了螺纹表面硬度、螺纹表面处理、螺纹几何参数、螺纹脂、使用或装配不当等因素对螺纹连接粘扣的影响,针对性的提出了防止和减少(减轻)螺纹粘扣的技术措施,为产品的防粘扣设计提供参考。The working environment of oil well logging tool was extremely bad. With the increase of logging depth, the temperature increased and the pressure was increased. When temperature was reached to 175℃ and the pressure was reached to 140MPa with serious sediment and oil pollution, the situation that threaded connection galling of natural gamma ray spectrum logging tool was unused and even scrapped was occurred sometimes. Through the threaded connection and galling process of natural gamma ray spectrum logging tool were researched, threaded connection galling causes due to threaded surface hardness, threaded surface treatment, threaded geometric parameters, thread compounds, and abnormal operation and improper assembly were analyzed. Different measures were proposed to prevent or reduce thread galling and were provided as a reference for product design.
