摘　　要：目的评价陇川县2004-2012年实施结核病控制项目效果。方法采用描述流行病学方法对结核病项目资料进行统计分析。结果 2004-2012年检查疑似肺结核患者2 799例,年均就诊率1.75‰,根据肺部X线检查、痰涂片镜检和临床特征确诊活动性肺结核患者642例,年均发病率40.06/10万;管理治疗病人642例,治愈598例,治愈率93.15%;死亡6例,病死率0.37/10万。结论结核病项目工作虽然取得了较好的防治成绩,但还有潜在的病例及传染源,需继续依托项目做好结核病防治工作。Objective Evaluation of long river county implementation effect of tuberculosis control project in 2004 -2012.
