摘　　要：艾滋病是由人类免疫缺陷病毒感染导致的人体免疫功能缺陷综合征,HIV的实验室检测在艾滋病的诊断、病程监测及防治工作中占有重要地位。随着艾滋病防控需求的不断增加,HIV实验室检测技术亦在不断发展。本文拟对HIV实验室检测技术及其进展进行综述。AIDS is a disease of human immune system caused by human immunodeficiency virus. HIV laboratory testing is vital for the diagnosis, surveillance and treatment of AIDS. With the addition of AIDS prevention and control, the laboratory techniques have been improved. The article focuses on the advances in HIV - 1 laboratory testing techniques and procedures.
