摘 要:目的查明胜利油田采油作业工作人员麻疹保护性抗体水平,为防治麻疹提供科学依据。方法随机抽取采油工作人员702名,采用间接酶联免疫法(ELISA)检测麻疹IgG抗体进行麻疹保护水平评价。结果702名调查对象中,具有人群保护水平的抗体为36.9%,性别差异无统计学意义(X2=0.1,P〉0.05),不同年龄间差异有统计学意义(X2=16.61,P〈0.01)。明确免疫史人群与无免疫史或免疫史不详人群比较,抗体水平差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论人群保护性抗体水平较低,不能形成有效的保护屏障。因此,必须加强对人群的麻疹疫苗接种工作,尤其是20~30岁年龄组工人。Objective To find out the measles protective antibody level of oil workers in Shengli oil field , and to provide scientific basis for measles control. Methods Choose 702 oil workers randomly, and use indirect Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) to test measles IgG antibody and evaluate measles protective level. Results Among 702 people investigated, 36.9% of people had protective antibody. Gender had no sta- tistical difference (X2 = 0. 1, P 〉 0. 05 ) , while there were obvious statistical differences among different ages (X2 = 16.61, P 〈 0. 01 ) . Clear immunization history group and no immunization history or unknown immu- nization history population, antibody levels were significant difference ( P 〈 0. 01 ) . Conclusions Measles protective antibody level of people was too low to form effective protection. Thus, measles vaccination should be strengthened, especially among workers who were in 18 -30 age group.
