高脂饮食肥胖大鼠制备的探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨高脂肥胖大鼠的制备方法及其应用意义。方法采用高脂饮食饲养 SD大鼠，观察其体重增长和体重 Lee's指数的变化。结果高脂饮食饲养的大鼠体重及 Lees指数明显大于正常饲料组。结论高脂饮食可导致大鼠肥胖并可作为人类肥胖研究的良好模型。Objective Established the rat obesity model for the study of human obesity.Method to induce obesity in rats by high fat diet and observe the gaining of weight and Lees index. Result The weight in group with high- fat diet increased significantly than that of normal diet.Conclusion high fat diet can induce obesity and the rat model can match the human situation suitably.
