摘　　要：评价自制不透 X线标志物的临床可应用性 ,并确定正常人胃排空与胃肠通过时间的正常值。方法　采用 X线法对 6 0例健康志愿者餐后 1h、2 h、3h的胃排空及 2 4h、48h肠道标志物排出情况进行观察。结果　正常人标准餐后 3h胃排空率为 (41.1± 30 .0 ) % ,2 4h和 48h肠道标志物排出率分别为 (73.5± 2 9.8) %、(99.0± 2 .9) %。结论　自制的标志物具有良好的 X线屏蔽功能。X线法胃排空及胃肠通过时间测定方法简单实用 ,值得临床推广应用。Purposes To evaluate the effectiveness of the self made radio opaque markers in clinical application,and determine the normal values of gastric emptying rate and gastrointestinal transit time(GITT) in healthy volunteers.Methods 60 healthy volunteers were recruited and the gastric emptying rate at 1h,2h and 3h and intestinal emptying rate at 24h and 48h after the test meal were studied with radiography.Results The 3rd hour gastric emptying rate is (41.1± 30.0)%,and the 24h and 48h intestinal emptying rates are (73.5±29.8)% and (99.0±2.9)%,respectively.Conclusions Self made markers have excellent X ray proof function.Assessment of gastric emptying and GITT with radio opaque markers is very simple and practical for clinical application.
