颅脑创伤数据库建立方法的探讨

摘　　要：探讨建立颅脑创伤数据库建立的必要性,建立一个专门全面收录颅脑创伤患者病例资料的专业数据库,研究颅脑创伤疾病的流行病学特点,为制定专业的颅脑创伤救治指南及规范颅脑创伤治疗提供帮助。通过制作统一的颅脑创伤患者信息录入表格来标准化设计将要录入的各个项目,再由计算机专业人员据此完成颅脑创伤数据库的初步建立,最后进行患者病例信息的录入对数据库进行完善。颅脑创伤数据库的成功建立对于推动颅脑创伤流行病学研究以及提高颅脑创伤救治水平有着重要意义。To investigate the necessities of the establishment of craniocerebral traumatic databank and establish a professional databank which involved the clinical data of the patients with craniocerebral trauma comprehensively. To study the epidemiological characters of the diseases, so as to provide evidence for the formulation of professional treatment guideline and standardize the management of craniocerebral trauma. Through designing unitive information entry table to collect the items of the craniocerebral trauma patients, then completed the primary establishment of the databank by professional computer experts. The successful establishment of the craniocerebral traumatic databank is of great importance to the promotion of the epidemiological research, as well as the development of the treatment level of craniocerebral trauma.
