摘　　要：目的探讨心脏瓣膜置换住院费用影响因素及控制对策。方法利用某医院心脏瓣膜置换住院费用的数据,采用描述性分析、非参数检验、相关分析及多元线性回归等方法探讨心脏瓣膜置换住院费用的影响因素。结果材料费所占比例最高(51.50%);身份类别、药占比、年龄、平均住院日、出院年份、病种等对住院费用的影响有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论完善医保单病种管理;合理控制药品、耗材使用;加强大龄患者的身心整体的治疗护理;缩短平均住院日;平衡好高新技术发展与医疗费用增长之间的关系;加大各部门科室的密切配合,提高医疗服务质量,降低住院费用。Objective To explore the influence factors of hospitalization expenditures of heart valve replacement surgery and relevant countermeasures. Methods To analyze the influence factors for hospitalization expenditures of heart valve replacement surgery by adopting descriptive analysis, nonparametric test, correlation analysis and multiple linear regression models based on the data of the hospitalization expenditures of heart valve replacement surgery in a hospital. Results The ratio of materials expenses took the biggest proportion （51.50%）. The statistically significant influence factors of the hospitalization expenditures were the type of identities, the proportion of drug fee, age, average length of stay, the year of discharging from the hospital and disease entities （p〈0.05）. Conclusions To decrease the hospitalization expenditures, we should complete single disease management of medical insurance, control the using of drug and consumables, improve the treatment and nursing care of older patients both body and spirit aspects, reduce the average length of stay, balance the relation- ship between technology and hospitalization expenditures growth, strengthen the cooperation of every department closely and improve the medical service quality.
