摘 要:目的了解导爆管、雷管生产企业中职业病危害因素及其存在的主要环节,提出针对性的防护对策。方法采取现场职业卫生学调查,根据国家现行职业卫生标准进行职业病危害因素检测和职业健康检查,并进行综合评价。结果该生产线主要存在的职业病危害因素为铅尘、铬酸盐、黑索金、粉尘、噪声、高温等。粉尘、有毒物质合格率均为100%,噪声等效声级合格率为75%,存在高温作业。结论该生产线粉尘、有毒物质职业病因素危害能得到很好的控制,说明各设备运转良好,防护设施运转正常。仍存在噪声、高温危害。Objective To understand the main links of existed occupational hazards in the production enterprise , put for- ward targeted preventive measures. Methods According to the current national occupational standard, field investigation for occupational health was applied , and occupational detection and occupational health examination were evaluated. Re- sults Occupational risk factors in the production line were lead dust, chromate, RDX, dust, noise and high temperature. Pass rates of dust and toxic substances were 100%, the qualified rate of noise equivalent sound level was 75%, high tem- perature operation existed in the project. Conclusion The dust and toxic substances in the production line can be well controlled because of the equipment running well and protection facilities in normal operation. Noise and high temperature damage still exist in the project.
