摘 要:目的了解某船用设备生产企业生产过程中存在的职业病危害因素及危害程度,评价其防护措施效果。方法采用职业卫生现场调查、职业卫生检测及职业健康检查等方法进行综合分析与评价。结果各岗位(检测点)毒物、粉尘和噪声的浓度(强度)均符合国家职业卫生标准。职业健康检查检出1例噪声异常,异常检出率为5.56%。结论该企业采取的职业病危害防护措施是有效的,但还应加强职业卫生管理工作,保障工人身体健康。Objective To understand some marine equipment manufacturing enterprises existed in the production process of the occupational risk factors and the harm degree, evaluate its protective effect. Methods By site investigation, the pro- ject was evaluated combining with occupational health and occupational health detection and occupational health examina- tion methods. Results Concentrations of dust and poisons and intensities of noise were in line with the national occupational standards in each post (check point) . Occupational health examination results showed that one case belonged to abnormal noise, abnormal detection rate was 5.56%. Conclusion Occupational hazard protective measures in the enter- prise are effective, but occupational health management should be strengthened to protect the workers' health.
