摘 要:目的了解通化市青年学生艾滋病相关知识和态度,为有效制定青年学生健康教育策略提供依据。方法采用整群分层抽样方法随机抽取不同受教育情况学生,一对一式进行现场匿名问卷调查,收集相关信息。结果本次调查表明青年学生按照UNGASS指标和国家督导指标计算对艾滋病知识的知晓率分别为24.6%和80.7%,对艾滋病传播途径的知晓率为86.0%;对家人和同学中的HIV感染者或病人可以接受的比例为73.5%;不同性别对家人和同学中的HIV感染者或病人接受情况差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.29,P>0.05),不同受教育情况学生(普通高中与大学生)对家人和同学中的HIV感染者或病人接受情况差异有统计学意义(χ2=20.6,P<0.01)。结论通化市青年学生的艾滋病防治知识水平有待进一步提高,对艾滋病感染者或病人尚存在很大程度的歧视,应加强青年学生健康教育,有效促进掌握防艾知识并改善相关行为。Objective To understand the AIDS- related knowledge and attitudes of young students in Tonghua city, so as to provide a basis for the effective development of health education strategies. Methods The students with different education degrees were randomly selected by using stratified cluster sampling method, anonymous questionnaire was done one by one on site for collecting the relevant information. Results The investigation showed that young students on the awareness of AIDS knowledge made up 24. 6% and 80.7%, calculated by the UNGASS Indicators and the State Supervision Indicators respectively. The awareness rate of HIV transmission was 86%. 73.5% could accept their family members or classmates as PLHIV or AIDS patient(s). Aimed at this attitude, there was no significant difference between the different genders students (X2 = 1.29 ,P 〉 0. 05 ), while there was a significant difference between the students with different education degrees (X2 = 20. 6,P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion AIDS prevention knowledge level needs to be further improved in young students of Tonghua city. They still discriminate PLHIV and AIDS patients to a large extent . We should enhance students' health education, effectively facilitate the acquisition of AIDS prevention knowledge and improve the related behavior.
