摘 要:目的 :观察地而硫与格列本脲相互作用对高血糖大鼠血糖水平的影响。方法 :采用葡萄糖氧化酶法测定血糖含量。结果 :肾上腺素 0 .2mg·kg- 1 显著升高大鼠血糖水平 ,格列本脲 0 .9mg·kg- 1 降低其诱发的大鼠高血糖水平。地而硫 1 0mg·kg- 1 ,ig ,1、2、3h后对格列本脲的降血糖作用无明显影响 (P >0 .0 5) ,而地而硫 1 0 0mg·kg- 1 则完全对抗了格列本脲的降血糖作用 ,且使血糖浓度进一步上升 ( P <0 .0 5) ,给药后 3h血糖水平升高至 31 1 .89± 7.95mg·dl- 1 ( P <0 .0 1 ) ,与对照组 ( 1 35.35±1 6.87mg·dl- 1 )相比上升了 1 30 %。结论 :地而硫 1 0 0mg·kg- 1Aim This study was designed to investigate the interaction between diltiazem and glibenclamide on plasma glucose levels in the hyperglycemic rat.Methods Plasma glucose was measured with glucose oxidase method.Results Adrenaline hydrocloride 0.2mg·kg -1 sc produced an obvious long lasting hyperglycemic response in the rat.Glibenclamide 0.9mg·kg -1 ig induced hypoglycemia was observed 1h after the treatment and persisted till 3h.The hypoglycemic action of glibenclamide was not affected by diltiazem 10mg·kg -1 (P>0.05).However,diltiazem 100mg·kg -1 not only suppressed the hypoglycemic action of glibenclimide,but also produced a marked rise in plasma glucose concentration(P<0.01),and increased by 130% 3h after administration of diltiazem.Conclusion Diltiazem 100mg·kg -1 significantly impaired the hypoglycemic action of glibenclamide.
