摘　　要：蒙药芯芭为蒙医专用药,历史悠远,应用广泛。本文通过系统查阅近期的国内外相关文献,从其本草考证、定性鉴别、化学成分、药理作用等方面进行综述,并进行小结与展望,确定蒙药芯芭今后的研究方向和重点应放在化学成分的深入系统研究、弄清芯芭传统疗效的药效物质基础和建立芯芭质量标准等方面。Mongolian Xinba, the specialized drug for Mongolian medicine, was widely used for a long time. The research advances in Mongolian Xinba were systematically discussed from several aspects including the herbal textual research, qualitative identification, chemical composition and pharmacological activities by analyzing a great aruourt of literatures, and the summary and prospect were provided. Moreover, the future studyof Mongolian Xinba should be focus on the chemical composition, pharmacodynamics and standards of oualitv, etc.
