拓宽干部教育培训的国际化视野——法国国立行政学院公务员培训的借鉴与思考

摘　　要：拓宽干部教育培训国际化视野,借鉴和吸收世界先进的培训理念和经验,是提高干部教育科学化、现代化水平的一个重要途径。本文结合作者在法国国立行政学院访问学习的体会和认识,结合法国国立行政学院公务员培训的实践和经验,就拓展我国干部教育培训的国际化视野,从"培训"的视角进行了借鉴、分析和比较思考。It is an important approach for further scientification and modernization of cadre education to ex-pand international vision in cadre education and training, and to borrow and absorb the world ＇ s advanced ideas and experience in training. Incorporating experiences and understandings acquired during the author＇ s visit to the Ecole Nationale d？tdministration, and referring to the practice and experience of civil servants training at the Eeole Na-tionale d＇Administration, this paper conducts reference, analysis, and comparison from the perspective of i, train-ing＂ for the expansion of international vision in cadre education and training in our country.
