摘  要:为揭示难脱水细精煤压滤脱水过程特点,以永城浮选精煤压滤脱水过程压密段的滤饼为研究对象,通过滤饼切片微观结构成像分析及细精煤压滤脱水实验验证,研究了细精煤筒式压滤脱水压密过程,建立了细精煤筒式压滤脱水的压密过程模型,提出了压密过程参数压密比的计算方法.结果表明:压密比理论计算与试验结果基本一致,最大相对误差为16%,最小为1.1%;滤饼压密时间28s附近为实际压密终点控制区;细精煤压滤脱水压密过程由精煤颗粒与滤饼孔隙协同决定.The compacting cake of flotation fine clean coal from Yongcheng were selected as the stud- ying object for revealing the feature of fine clean coal dewatering by filter pressing. By the analysis on filter cake slices microscopic structure image and fine clean coal filter pressing dewatering experiments, a compacting process model and calculation method for squeezing ratio were proposed. The results show that the calculated value by compacting process theoretical model is concordant with the experi- mental results. The maximum relative error rate is 16% and the minimum 1.1%. The 28 s compac- ting time is best to the real compacting process of fine clean coal. The compacting process is codeter- mined by fine clean coal particles and filter cake pores.
