滋肾清热法治疗青春期功血  

Therapeutic Principle of Enrich Kidney Yin and Clear Heat Treating Adolescent Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding

摘　　要：采用滋肾清热法治疗青春期功血65例，止血有效率为73.35%，对照组宫血宁30例，止血有效率56.67%，经t检验两种治疗方法有显著差异。青春期功血属于祖国医学“崩漏”范畴。其病因以(肾)阴虚血热为多见。因少女肾气初盛、精血未充、肾水不足而热伏冲任。加之青少女情绪易激动，则火热内生。还有，少女饮食习惯的特别，也易耗损阴精，使血分蕴热走而崩漏。Adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding (ADUB)is on e of gynecolog ical common diseases.We adopted the therapeutic principle of Enrich Kidney Yin a nd Clear Heat to treat sixty-five cases named as ADUB,the effective rate of hemo stasis is 73.35%;the control group,thirty samples were taken the medicine named as GongXueNing,the effective rate of hemostasis is 56.67%.The result of t test i s P＜0.05,so there is marked difference between two groups.ADUB cons titutes part of disease pattern “flooding and spotting”in Traditional Chinese Medicine.This k i nd of disease's cause is major in kidney yin vacuity and blood-aspect stasis hea t.Because of maidens' kidney qi just beginning to exuberant,essence-blood not be ing filled and kidney-water depleting,heat deeply lies in the thoroughfare and c ontrolling vessels.And young girls are apt to be excite in majority,so fire- heat arises internally in their bodies.Their special diet habits easily lead to co nsuming yin humor,so that heat is accumulated in blood aspect and “flooding and spotting”is being formed.
