二地苦青汤治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病50例临床观察

摘　　要：运用全国名老中医汪履秋教授的经验方二地苦青汤治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病50例，疗效满意。临床治愈5例，显效13例，有效26例，无效6例，总有效率88%。经观察，治疗后患者的口干欲饮、消谷易饥、小便量多、神疲乏力、大便干结、舌质偏红、舌下静脉瘀紫等症状与体征显著好转，尿糖、空腹血糖、餐后血糖等指标也明显改善。We use the erdikuqing decoction of the national famous TCM doctor prof.WangLuqiu to treat 50 cases of NIDDM,and get good results .There are 5 cases cured,13 cases effected,26 cased improved and 6 cases unaffec ted.The total effective rate is 88%.After the whole treatment,most symptoms as t hirst and preference for drinks,polyorexia,lassitude,polyuria,constipation,red t ongue,purple vein underneath the tongue are improved greatly.And the laboratory indexes as U-Glu,Glu(fasting),Glu(two hours after meal) are all decreased.
