摘　　要：进口煤的大量涌入,对我国煤炭市场格局产生了巨大冲击,加剧了供大于求的矛盾,影响了煤炭产业健康发展,特别是劣质煤和未经洗选煤的进入,还增加了节能环保压力。建议在不违背《世界贸易组织规则》前提下,对进口煤政策进行适当调整。The large influx of imported coal brings great impact on the coal market of our country, exacerbating the contradiction of excessive supply, which has a negative effect on coal industry's healthy development. Especially the entering of inferior coal and never-washed coal, also adds much pressure on energy conservation and environment protection. We suggest adjusting the coal import policy appropriately within the WTO rules.
