摘　　要：督查制度是煤炭企业正在兴起的一项基础管理制度,并在企业管理中发挥了越来越重要的作用。以新汶矿业集团为例,从督查管理的制度建设,督查管理的工作内容、工作方式、工作形式创新等方面,对煤炭企业如何做好督查管理工作进行了深入的探讨和研究。A supervision and inspection system is a rising basic management system of the coal enterprises and is playing a more and more important role in the management of the enterprises.Taking Xinwen Mining Group as a example,from the sys tem establishment of the supervision and inspection,the work contents of the supervision and inspection,work method,work mode innovation and others,a deep discussion and study was conducted on the coal enterprise how to well done the supervi sion and inspection work.
