摘　　要：目的探讨骨质疏松性骨折再骨折的影响因素。方法采用自行制定的自编问卷收集江苏省吴江市第一人民医院骨科2009年12月～2012年12月治疗的215例骨质疏松性骨折患者的临床资料,应用SPSS 19.0对收集到的数据进行描述性分析和二分类Logistic回归分析以找出骨质疏松性骨折再骨折影响因素,为采取针对性的预防干预措施提供参考依据。结果年龄大(OR=5.365,P=0.000)、体重指数大(OR=8.637,P=0.000)、抑郁情绪(OR=6.842,P=0.000)、血糖控制欠佳(OR=11.296,P=0.000)是骨质疏松性骨折患者再次骨折的危险因素,对骨质疏松症相关知识的充分了解(OR=0.098,P=0.000)是骨质疏松性骨折患者再次骨折保护因素。结论骨质疏松性骨折再次骨折受多方面因素影响,应该采取针对性的预防干预措施来减少骨质疏松性骨折患者再次骨折的发生,尤其是高危人群,提高患者的生活质量,改善患者的预后。Objective To investigate the influencing factors of senile osteoporotic fractures after fracture.Methods The clinical data of 215 osteoporotic fracture patients who were treated in Department of Orthopedics in the First People＇s Hospital of Wujiang City in Jiangsu Province from December 2009 to December 2012 were collected by the self-made general data questionnaire,they were analyzed by descriptive statistics and binary classification logistic regression analysis of the SPSS 19.0 to find out the influencing factors of senile osteoporotic fractures after fracture in order to provide the reference to take corresponding prevention interventions.Results The older （OR =5.365,P =0.000）,body mass index （OR =8.637,P =0.000） and depression （OR =6.842,P =0.000） and poor blood sugar control （OR =11.296,P =0.000） were risk factors for senile osteoporotic fractures after fracture,fully understanding the relevant knowledge of osteoporosis （OR =0.098,P =0.000） was protection factor for senile osteoporotic fractures after fracture.Conclusion Senile os.teoporotic fractures after fracture is affected by various factors.It is necessary to take corresponding prevention interventions to reduce the patients with fracture of osteoporotic fractures occur again,especially in high-risk groups,and improve the patient＇s quality of life and the prognosis of patients.
