阿米巴感染性肠炎误诊为急性阑尾炎1例并文献复习

摘　　要：阿米巴感染性肠炎是一种较少见的胃肠道感染性疾病,临床症状与急性阑尾炎很相似,大部分该病患者有右下腹疼痛和腹泻的临床表现,临床误诊率较高。本文回顾性分析广州医科大学附属广州市第一人民医院收治的1例阿米巴感染性肠炎误诊为急性阑尾炎患者的临床资料,结合国内外文献分析该病临床特点、影像学表现、病理特点及治疗。患者纠正诊断后予以甲硝唑足量足疗程抗感染治疗后痊愈。Amebic infectious enteritis is nowadays a relatively rare gastrointestinal infectious disease.The disease is very similar to acute appendicitis for the majority of patients are normally manifested as pain in the lower right and diarrhea.Its clinical misdiagnosis rate is high.In this paper clinical data of 1 case of amebic infectious enteritis misdiagnosed as acute appendicitis treated in Guangzhou First People＇s Hospital Affihated to Guangzhou Medical University were analyzed retrospectively.The clinical features,imaging manifestations,pathological characteristics,diagnosis and treatment were analyzed combining with domestic and foreign literature.The patient corrected the diagnosis eventually recovered after treatment with full enough course of Metronidazole.
