摘　　要：目的研究护理干预对于减轻剖宫产术后患者疼痛的效果。方法选择2011年11月～2012年11月收治的剖宫产手术患者114例,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各57例,实验组患者实施护理干预措施减轻剖宫产术后疼痛,对照组患者采取常规护理方法护理,不实施护理干预,实验期结束后比较两组患者的治疗疼痛效果。结果实验组疼痛0级患者21例(36.8%),疼痛1级患者23例(40.4%),疼痛2级患者10例(17.5%),疼痛3级患者3例(5.3%);对照组疼痛0级患者5例(8.8%),疼痛1级患者19例(33.3%),疼痛2级患者25例(43.9%),疼痛3级患者8例(14.0%);实验组疼痛0级患者比例高于对照组,差异有高度统计学意义(χ2=7.3101,P<0.01)。结论护理干预对于减轻剖宫产患者的术后疼痛具有十分明显的临床效果,有助于孕妇的早日康复,值得在临床使用中大力推广。Objective To study nursing intervention to alleviate the pain of patients with cesarean section effect.Methods 114 cases of cesarean section patients from November 2011 to November 2012 were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 57 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with nursing interventions to reduce pain after cesarean section,control group was treated with regular nursing care.Effect of treatment of pain in two groups of patients were compared.Results 21 cases with pain 0 grade （36.8％）,23 cases with pain 1 grade （40.4％）,10 cases with pain 2 grade （17.5％）,3 cases with pain 3 grade （5.3％） were found in exper imental group; 5 cases with pain 0 grade （8.8％）,19 cases with pain 1 grade （33.3％）,25 cases with pain 2 grade （43.9％）,8 cases with pain 3 grade （14.0％） were found in control group; the percent of patients with pain 0 grade in experimental group was higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant （x2=7.3101,P ＜ 0.01）.Conclusion Nursing intervention for reducing cesarean section patients postoperative pain has a very clear clinical effect,contribute to the speedy recovery of the pregnant women,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
