现代仪器分析技术在中药血清药物化学中的应用

摘　　要：本文在查阅了大量文献的基础上,对现代仪器分析技术在中药血清药化学中的应用进行了介绍、分析和总结,为从中药血清药物化学研究方法中挖掘出更加有效的仪器分析手段提供文献依据和研究思路。液/气相色谱及液/气质联用技术在中药血清药物化学中广泛应用,一些血中移行成分得以分析鉴定出来。中药血清药物化学的发展需要先进的现代仪器分析技术的支持,同时需要与血清药理学及中药药代动力学等相结合进行血中移行成分的检测、跟踪和分离。On the basis of consulting a large number of literatures,the article introduces,analyzes and summarizes the application of modern instrument analytical technology in serum pharmacochemistry of traditional Chinese medicine,and finds out more effective instrument analytical technologies and research approaches. Liquid/gas chromatography and liquid/gas chromatography-mass spectrometry are used in serum pharmacochemistry of traditional Chinese medicine widely,and some constituents in serum are identified. The development of the serum pharmacochemistry of traditional Chinese medicine needs the supports of advanced modern analytical technology,and also needs to detect,track and isolate constituents in serum associating with serum pharmacology and pharmaxokinetics.
